Bautz M series AC servo motors distinguish themselves by a lot of outstanding characteristics. One of the Bautz M Series main features is the low inertia which is achieved by the long and slim motor construction. Another important feature of a Bautz M Series servo-motor is the use of high-energetic NeFeB magnets with an optimized magnet height. At the same time Bautz servomotors of the M series have a very high overload capability (factor 4-5) without any risk of demagnetization.
As a result Bautz M series servo motors are generally suitable for highly dynamic positioning tasks which exceed the performance limits of standard AC servo motors. The Bautz M series motors are designed to increase the machine performance with regard to cycle time, accuracy and speed. Several options, e.g. brake, sine/cosine encoder, several connectors, are all available for the individual adaptation to the requirements of the respective application.
